ABOUT · DR. NEHA LAMBA, PhD
I Believe Transformation Can Be Designed.
I’ve spent two decades studying a single question: why do some people, teams, and organizations thrive — and others, despite every advantage, do not? The answer is rarely strategy. It is almost always belonging.

The Long Story
For more than twenty years in the corporate world — including as a Managing Director at Accenture — I led large-scale transformations across industries and geographies. Again and again, I watched organizations invest heavily in strategy, technology, and change programs, and still fall short. The pattern was clear: they weren’t losing because the plans were wrong. They were losing because the people were never truly brought with them.
That question sent me back to research. My doctorate at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology sits at the intersection of organizational psychology, leadership, and belonging; my MA at the University of East London deepened my understanding of how identity and context shape behavior at work. The throughline of this work is simple and rigorous: belonging is not soft. It is precise, measurable, and designable — and when it is intentionally architected, organizations unlock performance, integration, and readiness for change.
Kairos Minds is where that research meets the inner life of leaders. Through ontological coaching — via the Kairos Act intensive and the twelve-week Kairos Life journey — I work with leaders who are ready to stop managing around their limitations and start deliberately designing how they lead and live. It is the same work of belonging, applied at the level of a single human being.
Belonging can be architected. Transformation can be designed.
